However, it is just a short walk to the ocean. There is a twenty four hour per day security staff. There is a convenience store located inside the building. Also inside there is a party room and yoga is offered. There is valet parking as well. Outside, there is beach volleyball, a zen garden, and a lagoon pool.
In conclusion, if someone is looking for Miami Beach Condos, there is no need to look further than the waverly south beach condos and the continuum condos.
