Carrying Cash or Credit Cards?

Carrying cash can be dangerous at some times. But, plastic cash or a credit card makes life lot simpler. Now a day credit card became a part of our life for making payments issued to users of the system. You can also withdraw cash on your credit card. Credit cards are fun now. The issuer of the card grants some credit to the consumer by which the user can pay money to a merchant or as a cash advance to the user. After a fix time limit, user has to pay for the money. Once the credit card provider approved the user, a 600 credit score card is issued, after this cardholder can use it to make purchases.

To make any type of payment, Electronic verification systems ensure that the card is valid and the credit card customer has sufficient credit. The verification is done using a credit card payment terminal with a link to the merchant’s bank. The cardholder must pay a defined minimum amount of the bill by a due date, or may choose to pay full amount. Credit card limit refers to the total amount of a card that an user may spend and use. There are some Advantages and Disadvantages also. Some advantages are like They allow you to make purchases on credit without carrying a lot of cash. This allows you a lot of flexibility. They are cheaper for short-term borrowing. Interest is only paid on the pending, not the full amount spent.
